A street dog had collapsed.
We gently lifted him.
He had a massive neck wound.
First we treated him for pain.
Next, we thoroughly cleaned the wound.
He was so exhausted.
Oh sweetheart, can we save you?
Now the bandage would ease his pain.
He didn't want to eat.
So we slowly syringe fed him.
And the next day, he ate all by himself!
Recovering well!
Now he was used to daily bandaging.
And had become a snugglebug!
15 days after.
With a wound so extreme, this angel might have felt hopeless.
But love keeps hope alive.
